Truck access is only the beginning.
BCD is building a repeatable system to identify prepared operators, place equipment responsibly, support revenue-generating activity and reward dependable performance.
Equip and onboard
Approved operators receive access to a GPS-equipped 16-foot non-CDL box truck with liftgate, plus required vehicle-care, safety and operating orientation.
Support and advance
BCD provides practical earning education, optional dispatch assistance and performance check-ins. Dependable operators can earn priority for future truck access.

Approved operators receive an operating playbook covering vehicle care, load-platform education, expense planning and compliance expectations. Optional dispatch assistance is available for operators who want help sourcing and booking eligible loads.
Readiness review
BCD reviews your experience, driving record, intended use, availability and financial readiness.
Required onboarding
Complete vehicle-care, safety, load-platform and operating-expectation training before pickup.
Truck placement and support
Operate independently with optional BCD dispatch assistance for eligible available loads.

Payment history, vehicle care, utilization and communication inform future priority and fleet access.

Independent operator responsibility
You control your operation and remain responsible for fuel, tolls, tickets, insurance, taxes, loads, routes, contracts, day-to-day expenses and operator-caused vehicle damage, subject to the rental agreement and applicable law.
